Don’t worry if you can’t make it to the gym, or even leave the house, to work out. Try these two cardio moves that can be done on the stairs at home. Perform both exercises as they appear below to complete one round. Rest for up to 90 seconds then repeat, completing four rounds in total.

    • Toe taps
      1. Begin standing at the bottom of the stairs with the ball of your right foot on the first step. Jump up and change foot position to land with the ball of your left foot on the first step.
