  • 20g oats

  • 1⁄2 banana, mashed

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 tablespoon of milk (your choice)

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of baking powder

  • Coconut oil (to cook your pancakes in)

  • 1 tablespoon Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Bio Cultures and Vitamin D
