Sleep is one of the pillars of health, but do we prioritise it as much as we should?

Sleep is something that’s always on our minds at H&W. Questions such as: ‘What do you think (insert weird dream) means?’ ‘Why do I feel more anxious at night?’ and of course, ‘Is it normal to go to bed at 8pm?’ are common topics of discussion in the office and over chat.
