Joe Wicks’ easy workout for seniors

At a time where a lot of us might be sitting more than usual, it’s never been more important to keep moving – especially for older members of our family. Without regular exercise, over 50s can be more susceptible to reduced muscle mass, strength and physical endurance, so luckily, The Body Coach, AKA Joe Wicks, has designed a chair workout that’s specifically for seniors.

This 10-minute chair workout for seniors is perfect for those who don’t exercise regularly or want something lighter than his normal high intensity workouts. Remember to take care when exercises and if you don’t already exercise regularly take it slowly at first.
