Hello, I’m Culzean (pronounced Cul-ain), owner of Ever Crescent, where I support individuals towards improving their health and wellbeing.
With a Certificate of Higher Education in psychology and a recent qualification as a health and wellbeing coach, I combine academic insight with real-life experience to offer compassionate, person-centred support.
In my spare time, I volunteer with a charity working with individuals and families affected by alcohol and substance misuse, which I have been doing for just over five years now. On a personal level, I’ve also witnessed loved ones fighting various illnesses, some of those battles won, others lost – experiences that deeply shaped my desire to make a meaningful difference in others’ lives and support people to enhance their overall health and wellbeing.
Health improvement and wellbeing have long been passions of mine. At the beginning of last year, I took a leap and formalised that passion by training as a coach with Raw Horizons Training Academy, completing a course that is accredited with both the Association of Coaching and the NHS Personalised Care Institute.

Now, I’m here to support others to take charge of their wellbeing – whatever that looks like for them – through thoughtful, non-judgemental, and evidence-based support.
What exactly is health and wellbeing coaching?
Health and wellbeing coaching supports you to identify what issues are currently preventing you from feeling and being the best version of yourself.
I work with individuals to set personalised goals to make and self-manage positive changes to their lifestyle.
People look to work with a wellbeing coach for various reasons. You may be living with a long-term health condition or in recovery from treatment for an illness, and would like to explore your next chapter. You could also be looking to make positive changes to support the self – management of any physical health concerns or mental health conditions you are living with, such as anxiety or stress.
It could be that you’re transitioning through a negative period or are not feeling good about something within your life, or it might be that you feel that you are not meeting expectations of yourself, society or peers and would like to make positive adjustments to your lifestyle.
Whatever your reasons, you may be considering making some positive lifestyle changes – but you’re not sure what the next steps would be and would like some support to move forward.
Client-centred coaching
Coaching is very much client-centred, so we would be working together to visualise improvements that can be made in all aspects of your health, both within your physical and mental health and as your coach. I would be there to support you in implementing these changes in your life.
