Work Out With Joe Wicks

Work Out with Joe Wicks at the O2

This is not a drill. We repeat: this is not a drill. Straight off the back of receiving his MBE, man of the moment Joe Wicks is heading to the O2 to host two live HIIT sessions that are open to everyone!

As someone who’s no stranger to making history in the exercise department, this world first will include two 40-minute live workouts with Joe and perfectly-matched with beats blaring out courtesy of a live DJ on 8th May 2022.

Each session will be followed by a 20-minute Q&A where attendees will be able to ask Joe anything across healthy eating, fitness and even his life as a doting dad of (soon-to-be) three.

“I’m absolutely buzzing to be holding the world’s first HIIT workout in The O2 arena,” said Joe.

“One of my favourite things is bringing people together through fitness and I can’t wait to train with hundreds of people in an incredible venue. It’s going to be so much fun and I hope to see some of you there.”

In the following days, Priority members will also be able to enter a competition direct in the Priority app to win themselves and a plus one an exclusive spot in a meet-and-greet with Joe after the event, where they can be one of a small group of people who have the chance to get to know the fitness star.

O2 Priority customers will get be able to get their hands on tickets from April 6th, 48 hours before they go on general sale and also have the chance to enter a competition to be part of an exclusive meet-and-greet with Joe.

Priority customers who can’t make the event, will be able to access the workout via a Live Stream that they can access via the Priority app.

Tickets for both workouts will be made available to the general public from 9.30am on April 8th.

Being able to write about everything that's important to me (exercising for mental wellbeing and delicious food, of course) to help people meet their health goals is pretty special. Before emails, I'm usually in the front-room with a dumbbell and on weekends, there's nothing better than the Kent countryside for a leisurely stroll.
