Going the Distance For Intermediates

Marathon season is coming up so be ready prepared to take on the challenge and go the distance with PT Kristoph Thompson’s expert advice

This advice is for the people who have completed a marathon in the past and run regularly to stay in shape, although you don’t necessarily run long distances. You can run comfortably for an
hour and your goal is to complete the marathon in around four hours.
