ON EMBARRASSING GYM MOMENTS
I was in a class doing leg raises on an exercise bench, saying to the instructor “this is tough, is it meant to be this hard?” His reply was “it wouldn’t be if you were lying on the bench the right way round.” Oops!
ON COPING UNDER PRESSURE
I find the best way is to look forward not backward, which is often easier said than done, but it does work.

Lying on the sofa watching a good box set, with a big bag of pick ‘n’ mix.

Quinoa – it goes with anything and has a high protein content, which makes it a winner in my book.

There aren’t any time limits or class schedules to work around, plus it’s free!

I allow myself to eat what I want. I’m going through a peanut butter ice cream phase at the moment, I’m addicted!
ON HER DREAM WORKOUT PARTNER
I’d love to work out with Ellie Goulding. She’s fearless! I love how she mixes up her workouts too; one day it’s boxing and the next Pilates. I like that she doesn’t seem to take herself too seriously.
ON HER GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT
It has to be presenting Sky Sports. The hours can be tough but I can genuinely say I am doing my dream job.
